I understand that sometimes "life happens" and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 25% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
